So, I placed the order at 10:17 PM and the estimated arrival that was being reflected on the front end was 10:50 PM. I could place the order easily but immediately after placing the order, I received a call from the restaurant’s end stating the order has been accepted but the problem is that they are short of delivery executives and hence they won’t be able to deliver the same on time.
Then, after 10 minutes, I again received a call back stating that the order is ready and hence won’t be late. I was then expecting it to arrive on time but I was wrong. I had to call up the restaurant team to talk about the status of the order. I was informed that the delivery executive has picked up the order and that they will deliver it as soon as possible.
The delivery guy arrived with the package that had totally cold food. Though the package was untempered but still I’m really not happy with the kind of products that I have received that too this late. They could have at least kept the products perfect if they had to deliver the products this late.
Do you guys really deserve the name that you have got?
I received uncooked chicken wings today, is that how you do justice to the money that the customers pay?
I called up the customer service to inform them about the thing that happened with me today. On call, I was told that the mistake id from their end so they will get the order redelivered, but nothing of that sort happened!
I actually waited for about 1 hour after taking to that guy named “Marcus.” Since nobody turned up, I called up the customer helpline again and I was informed that the order has been dispatched and that they will get it redelivered soon. After waiting for another 30 minutes, I called them up again and I was told that the order has been canceled because no delivery executive was free.
I mean what is this behavior?
How can you not redeliver a prepaid order if the customer is not satisfied? I would never recommend it to anybody!

I have never had better chicken than what KFC is serving! I ordered 3 Chicken Zinger burgers and one chicken popcorn. The amount that I had to pay for the same was $7 including all taxes. Usually, the things that bug me the most while buying chicken are disturbed tenderness, uncooked meat and improper marination. But KFC has never given that chance to me.
The buns were soft, the chicken was crispy and succulent at the same time. The good part about ordering stuff from KFC is that they deliver the food within 30 minutes of placing the order. This time, the kitchen instructions were followed properly and the burger was served spicy. The one who was guiding me while placing the order was listening to the instructions and was then guiding accordingly.
I received the order really fast and all the products that I ordered were there in the package. I made sure to check the quantity of the mentioned products before accepting the order and found that no cheating has been done. I totally loved the services that they offer!
