Who qualifies for the Joann Military Discount?

• Valid for Current or Veterans of:
  -US Army
  -US Navy
  -US Air Force
  -US Marine Corps
  -US Coast Guard
  -US Reserves
  -The National Guards

• Their Spouses and/or dependent children

In order to be eligible for the discount, customers must present proof of military service, past or present or military dependent ID. Your VetRewards Card ID from Veterans Advantage may qualify as valid proof of eligibility.

How to avail the Military Discount at Joann?

Joann App: 

• Download the Joann app and create or log in to your existing app. 

• If you already have the Joann App, you must have the most updated version to be able to access the new Military section within the Rewards Programs page. 

• Select the "More" icon located in the lower right corner of the app. 

• Select "Rewards Programs". 

• Select "Military" and follow the on-screen instructions.

• Visit Joann.com/military to enroll. 

• Create or log in to your existing Joann account and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can either shop directly from the app or website and enter your military discount promo code at checkout or shop in store and scan your military barcode at checkout.

How can families use the discount card?

If a family member is shopping on your behalf and presents your Rewards card, Joann will provide the discount and the donation. This Digital Discount Card is valid in-store and online.
